Why do you have an option for Las Vegas Lights?
The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority in January, 2003, banned
regular halogen stem lights due to fire safety issues resulting from the misuse
of the halogen stem lights. Therefore, Integra Display will ship approved
Las Vegas lights to any customer requesting them when ordering. The number of Las Vegas light fixtures, a 50W fixture, exceeds that of the normal halogen stem lights, a 200W light fixture (5 Las Vegas lights for 10 ft/4 Las Vegas lights for 8ft. You may optionally order low wattage, eco-frindly LED Cool Lights, a 30 W fixture, at an additional price. Call toll free 888-832-5520 fro details.
If you are purchasing your display for use at the Las Vegas Convention Center,
the Las Vegas light option or eco-friendly LED Cool Light is recommended. (top)
When will I receive my order?
That depends on two factors:
1. Fabric Selection: If you choose Frontrunner Imperial, Coal or Silver fabric colors, your display will ship within 24 hours of the time you submit your order, Monday-Thursday. Friday orders ship the following Monday. All other fabric color selections will ship in 5-7 business days.
2. Time-in-Transit/Shipping Method: Actual time-in-transit depends on your distance from our facilities in California or Tennessee and your choice of shipping method (Ground, Next Day, 3-Day, etc.)(top)
How do you ship?
FEDEX
FEDEX Overnight (8:30 am), FEDEX Priority (10:30 am), FEDEX Standard (3 pm), FEDEX 2nd Day, FEDEX Express Saver (3 day) and FEDEX Ground is available and will be added to your invoice depending on service requested. No credit will be granted or applied for using these services.

How do I pay for my merchandise?
We accept VISA, Mastercard or American Express, Money Order or Cashiers Check. We can process your transaction by phone, fax or mail. All orders are pre-pay unless an account has been established. Does your merchandise have a warranty?
Yes. Integra Display warrants the pop-up frame for the lifetime of the product and extends this warranty to the original purchaser. Integra Display will repair your frame - or replace if necessary - free of charge, no questions asked. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please call toll free 888-832-5520 for authorization. Fabric panels, shelves, light fixtures, channel bars, cases, tables and other accessories are under warranty for a period of 90 days from shipment. Crimped, creased or crumbled panels are not covered under warranty. (top)
Can we purchase graphics?
Yes. We produce large format graphics for all our displays, including front and end photomural panels for your pop-up displays, bannerstand graphics and Velcro attachable graphics. Full color digital graphics are produced from artwork files that you and/or your designer provides to us. Please call toll free 888-832-5520 for artwork guidelines, ftp upload instructions, size/dimension information and pricing. Most graphics programs are accepted; Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred. Artwork files must be ready to print or a $75 per hour computer design fee may apply. (top)

Can I return my display if I am not satisfied?
Yes. Integra Display offers a full, 14 day, no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee on all display products and accessories. No returns accepted without prior authorization by calling toll free 888-832-5520. Customer responsible for return shipping. Custom produced display graphics are not included. (top)
How do I know my credit card information is secure?
